About Sahha Circle
Sahha Circle was created from a real story of healing, growth, and the courage to build a life rooted in emotional truth.
Our Story
Sahha Circle was created from a real story of healing, growth, and emotional awakening.
The founders, Natasha Zahid and Nabeel Haroon, met just outside a psychotherapy office after a long day at work — where awareness, healing, and emotional courage brought two lives together.
Nabeel the Co founder, came from an upbringing shaped by emotional wounds, unhealthy dynamics, and personal trauma. Through education, self-awareness, and deep inner work, he transformed pain into purpose and became dedicated to emotional healing.
Natasha, the founder, has always been fascinated by emotional growth, consciousness, and inner awareness. Her journey into understanding emotions, relationships, and the self became a foundation of Sahha Circle’s philosophy.
Together, as husband and wife, they built Sahha Circle not simply as a therapeutic institute — but as a movement of healing.
Sahha Circle represents safety, connection, emotional truth, and growth.
