• Educational Services: Workshops and healing programmes focused on emotional education and awareness.

The name "Sahha" (الصحة) means health in Arabic, signifying our essence of healing, balance, and living fully.

2. Professional Standards and Ethical Practice

• Clinical Integrity: Our approach is rooted in compassion, insight, and integrity, delivered by a team with advanced clinical credentials, including CPCAB UK qualifications and specialized training.

• Suitability: Our Services are designed for emotional health and personal transformation. We are not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Financial Terms and Payment

A. Pricing Structure

• Clinical Services: Our standard clinical services are subject to a competitive premium pricing model, with a target Average Revenue Per Conversion (RPC) of £60 (approx. USD $75) for standard clinical services.
• Proposed Individual Session Price: £55 - £75.
• Proposed Couple/Family Session Price: £80 - £110.
• Professional Services (B2P): Pricing for professional supervision and B2B Corporate Wellness contracts is customized and will be clearly outlined in your agreement.

B. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for fees incurred. A specific cancellation policy will be provided upon booking, reflecting the commitment necessary for clinical and professional services.

4. Client and User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services or registering for workshops.
• Conduct: You agree to maintain respectful and accountable conduct in all sessions and group environments, aligning with our value of Integrity.
• Technology: You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and appropriate technology to access online video sessions.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

All content, including workshop materials, educational content, and the unique brand identity, is the property of Sahha Circle. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability and Cross-Border Service

Sahha Circle operates digitally across the UK and Pakistan.

• Jurisdiction: While we maintain high professional standards, navigating the legal and ethical complexity of delivering cross-border psychological services carries inherent challenges regarding specific local laws and licensing. You acknowledge that service delivery is subject to the limitations of an online modality.
• Outcomes: We are dedicated to your emotional growth, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Change is always possible, but results vary based on individual commitment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where the Lead Psychotherapist and many of the services are regulated.
